The McMinn County Amateur Radio Club is excited to announce that the 2026 McMinn County HamFest is moving to a brand-new venue!
The new location is the McMinn County High School, which features a large asphalt parking lot with ample space for tailgaters, vendors, and general parking, plus access to a spacious indoor gym for vendor booths.

Come Learn About Amateur Packet Radio – This Saturday!
You're invited to the McMinn County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) to learn about Packet Radio with Bobby Murphy (W4BKX), Vice President of the McMinn County Amateur Radio Club.
There are a number of great packet radio stations throughout our area, and Bobby will be showing how you can get involved and get connected. There's been a resurgence in packet radio, and it's now easier than ever to get started. Come join us to learn and discuss packet radio!
Coffee and donuts will be provided.
